Aaron Dunn

(Director and Trainer)

Playing county level football at a young age and always being a sports enthusiast, Aaron has always had a passion for fitness and training. A BSc (hons) in Sports and Exercise Science and MSc in Strength & Conditioning, combined with work at Watford, Charlton Athletic and most notable Saracens RFC ensures Aaron is at the forefront when it comes to training, nutrition, and education. A regular in providing seminars for well-renown health and fitness leisure centres and gyms as well as the previous S&C specialist at the University of Essex, Aaron heads up Performance Training’s fully endorsed YMCA Awards education sector.

As much of a passion that lies there for Aaron to educate up and coming Personal Trainers and S&C coaches, Aaron is still practices what he preaches. Aaron’s drive for getting clients the results they want with his online and in-person Personal Training, combined with his wealth of experience in nutrition, Strength & Conditioning and group training, has enabled him to produce a vast portfolio of client body transformations. With his attention to detail, no stone is left unturned for you to achieve their health, fitness, and performance goals.

An elite background in the sport of Judo, Lauren represented Great Britain as a black belt in the Europeans and Commonwealth games and competed in various international tournaments around the world, winning an array of medals. This was combined with her achieving a Sport and Exercise Science diploma at college.

Lauren’s outgoing and determined nature has led her to become a very successful Personal Trainer at the top health & fitness clubs in Essex; more recently leading the fitness team at one of the largest health and leisure chains in the UK. Working in the fitness industry for over 10+ years, Lauren has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience ranging from all types of training. A level 3 Personal Trainer who’s qualifications range vast; from Kettlebells, Vipr, and TRX, to an Exercise to Music and Strike instructor. All these training methods can be seen in Lauren’s Boot Camp and PT sessions. Her current work sees Lauren head up online training for leading banks as part of their health and wellness programme. Lauren offers online and in-person services to ensure your health and fitness goals are achieved, no matter how big or small they are.
